BREAKING NEWS-Gerry Oginski gets $1.5 million verdict in WestchesterNew York Medical Malpractice Attorney Gerry Oginski obtained a $1.55 million dollar verdict today in a case involving a failure to properly perform foot surgery. The case took two weeks to try and the jury was given the case today, Friday, July 23, 2010. A unanimous verdict of six jurors resulted in the following awards:
